Another one of our favorite dips, This one has more of the crabby flavor we all love.

½ LB. jumbo lump crab meat

¾ cup diced red pepper

½ cup parsley

¼ cup chopped chives

Juice of one lemon

¾ cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon smoked chipotle tobasco sauce

4 oz. packet of cream cheese (room temperature)

2 tablespoons melted butter

¼ cup bread crumbs

¼ cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese


-Mix all the ingredients together except the butter, bread crumbs, and cheese.

-Place into a oven ready container

-Set oven to 350 degrees

-Mix the butter, bread crumbs and cheese together and spread evenly over the crab mixture.

-Bake for about 15 minutes or until it is bubbly and the topping is a golden brown.
